PESHAWAR: The Central Reut-e-Hilal Committee reported on Saturday that the Ramadan moon was located in Pakistan and the sacred month will start from tomorrow.

 

The declaration was made by Chairman Central Ruet-I-Hilal Committee Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad from Peshawar where he was leading the gathering to locate the moon. The zonal advisory groups of the focal body met in Lahore, Quetta, Karachi, Islamabad and different urban areas.

 

Maulana Khabeer said the moon was located in Lahore, Narowal, Islamabad, Sialkot, Kasur, Pakpattan, Kharian, Karak, and different spots, while a significant number of individuals additionally detailed that they had seen the moon.

"May Allah make this month a gift for us," the director of the advisory group said, taking note of that the whole nation will notice the sacred month together from tomorrow (April 3).
